热油管道不稳定过程变物性耦合流动数学模型

Mathematical Model of Unstable Coupled Flow with Changed Physical Property in Hot Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 热油管道再启动过程是一种不稳定的变物性耦合流动。通过质量守恒定律、动量守恒定律和能量守恒定律, 推导出了热油管道不稳定过程变物性耦合流动的控制方程, 该控制方程对于圆形管道内的非稳态流动与换热具有通用性。忽略流体物性对温度的依赖关系, 控制方程成为常物性非稳态耦合流动的主控方程; 忽略时间的作用因素, 控制方程成为稳态的耦合流动的主控方程。

     

    Abstract: Restart process of hot oil pipeline is kind of unstable coupled flow that physical property of oil varies with oil temperature. Governing equations are available according to laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy, which are general for unsteady flow and heat transfer in round pipelines. If oil physical property is independent on temperature, the main governing equations of unsteady coupled flow with constant physical property can be derived. On the condition of temporal affecting factor to be ignored, main governing equations of steady coupled flow are given.
