输气管道的稳态数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on the Stable State of Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在管道的设计阶段和进行输气管道的泄漏故障诊断时, 有必要对输气管道的模型进行仿真, 了解管道稳定工况时管道各种参数情况。针对现有的静态仿真算法存在的错误和不足, 提出了一种更为精确的仿真算法, 该算法除考虑了管道沿线的温度变化、处于不同的紊流区摩阻损失的大小不同之外, 还考虑了变径管道在变截面处存在节流效应等问题。

     

    Abstract: During the design of the gas pipeline and the detection of the leakage diagnosis, it is necessary to simulate the stable state of gas pipeline. This paper offers a method that can avoid the incorrect or rough methods mostly accepted now, and this method considers the temperature change along pipeline, the difference of friction loss in turbulence zone and the throttle effect in cross-section of reduced pipe.
