管道球阀密封原理及泄漏分析

Analysis on Sealing Principle and Leakage of Ball Valve

  • 摘要: 针对目前石油化工和天然气管道输送行业应用最多的管道球阀进行分析研究, 从各种密封的结构入手, 比较了不同厂家不同形式密封结构球阀的密封原理及其在工作中的受力情况, 分析了管道球阀泄漏原因, 提出了管道球阀选型建议和球阀泄漏处理措施。

     

    Abstract: The paper studies and analyzes the structure of ball valve widely used in oil pipelines. A comparison on the sealing principle and stress of ball vavles from different types and manufacturers is made. The leak reason of ball valve is analyzed and anti-leak measures and types selection suggestions are put forward.
