含硫油品储罐自燃机理及预防技术研究

Spontaneous Combustion Mechanism and Preventive Technology of Tank Containing Sulfur Oil

  • 摘要: 介绍了含硫油品储罐自燃机理的研究现状及进展, 研究了活性硫对不同类型储罐的腐蚀机理以及硫化亚铁的形成过程。指出事故的原因是由罐的腐蚀产物硫化亚铁氧化放热所引起, 提出采用消除石油炼制过程中的硫和将产生的硫化亚铁清洗或转变为其他形式方法, 可以预防硫化亚铁的自燃。

     

    Abstract: This dissertation studies the corrosion mechanism of active sulphur on different types of tanks and how ferrous sulfide is produced on the basis of analyzing the typical spontaneous combustion cases of sulphur containing oil tanks, and then points out the accident is resulted from the corrosion product ferrous sulfide that can oxidizes and sends out heat subsequently. Furthermore, on the foundation of deeply investigating the spontaneous combustion reason of ferrous sulfide and taking practical application of project into account, the paper puts forward two main methods to prevent ferrous sulfide from spontaneous combusting and eliminate ferrous sulfide: (1) eliminate sulphur produced in the process of refining petroleum; (2) purge ferrous sulfide or transform ferrous sulfide into other form, proposing corresponding requirements on the facets of technology and safety management at the same time.
