SYEP-1原油降凝剂在三化管道的现场试验

Field Test of SYEP-1 PPD in Beisantai-Wushihua Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对北三台-乌石化管道(三化管道)降凝剂现场试验证明, SYEP-1系列原油降凝剂对彩南原油和火-北-沙混合原油具有显著的降凝效果。在加剂量为400 g/t, 处理温度为60℃时, 彩南原油凝点由21.5℃降至11℃左右, 火-北-沙混合原油凝点由16℃降至3℃左右。在冬季该管道加降凝剂, 可以实现首站一次处理全线各站停炉的常温输送工艺, 既可以降低燃料消耗, 又可以降低管道运行压力, 保障了管道的输油安全。

     

    Abstract: PPD field test made in Beisantai-Wushihua Oil Pipeline shows the facts that: (1) the SYEP-1 PPD has the excellent performance as an additive of treating Cainan and Huo-Bei-Sha crude oil. While dosage is 400 ppm, treating temperature is 60 ℃, the gel point of Cainan oil is decreased from 21.5℃ to 11℃, 10.5℃ fallen, Huo-Bei-Sha blended oil's gel point falls to 3℃, compared with its 16℃ originally, 13℃ reduced; (2) in winter, heat treatment with PPD in first Beisantai Station, the pipeline can operated with followed heat stations shutdown, Which saves fuel oil and operational cost as well as reducing the operation pressure.
