模糊变权法在地下储气库方案优选中的应用

The Application of Fuzzy Variable Weighting Method in Project Selection of Underground Gas Storage

  • 摘要: 模糊变权法是一种利用权重随评估向量变化而变化的方法, 它能够很好地解决实际中评价极低的项目对全局的影响及其在何种程度下会被评估决策者放弃。指出在用模糊综合评价优选地下储气库的设计方案时, 应用变权法加大得分过低项目的权重, 可突出评价得分过低的项目引起决策者的注意。通过对计算实例采用常权法和变权法计算的最终方案排序不同的分析对比, 表明采用变权法计算的方案排序结果更加合理。

     

    Abstract: In fuzzy variable weighting method, evaluation weight varies with evaluation vector. This method can help policy makers to find the impact of the low-level evaluation on the whole plan and the degree to abandon it. In this paper, fuzzy variable weighting method is used to select design project of underground gas storage, the weight of the aspect in low-level on the comprehensive evaluation is added and the abnormally low-level projects are stuck out to attract the policy makers' attention. Through the example, it is proved that the sorting of constant weight and variable weight are different and the latter is more reasonable. Therefore, fuzzy variable weighting method can be applied to the same project selection.
