南输成品油管道优化运行分析

Analysis On Optimization Running of Fushun-Yingkou Product Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在对南输管道实际运行的基础上, 建立了南输管道优化运行的数学模型, 即将南输全线总压头对各站进行最优分配, 用动态规划法求解。为提升南输管道的输送能力, 在考虑南输管道现有设备的基础上, 提出了启用中间站的工艺, 以满足南方市场油品的需求。

     

    Abstract: In the running of isothermal product oil, when the quantity and oil property are determined, the pipeline friction drag of every station is also determined. By investigating the operation way of Fushun-Yingkou product oil pipeline, the optimization model of it is found, just as resource allocation of the total pressure, The mathematical model can be solved by dynamic method. Take the equipments in the product oil pipeline into account, the transportation process to start up the Anshan middle station to increase the transportation capacity of the pipeline is determined in order to meet the needs of southern product oil market.
