3PE防腐管管端涂层翘边缺陷分析

Problem Analysis on End PE Upwarp of 3PE Pipes

  • 摘要: 3PE钢管外防腐层是由底层环氧粉末、中间层胶粘剂、外层聚乙烯复合组成的一种防腐结构, 具有机械强度高, 电绝缘性能优良, 生产作业线机械化程度高, 工艺参数比较稳定, 不污染环境等优点, 在国内近年的重点管道防腐工程中得到了广泛应用。但是在实际管道工程使用中发现, 3PE防腐管存在管端涂层翘边问题, 当大气环境恶劣时甚至会产生缝隙腐蚀, 从而影响管道防腐质量, 并给现场补口工作造成较大困难。

     

    Abstract: During manufacturing and storage of 3PE pipes, the end PE upwarp is a common phenomenon, and the gap corrosion will be easy to produce under the condition of poor atmosphere environment, which hazard the anti-corrosion quality of 3PE pipes and difficult to field coating for welded joints. The authors analyze the PE upwarp problem, and based on the analysis results the quality control measures are given for the manufacturing of 3PE pipes.
