多分支输油管道泄漏定位计算方法

Calculation Method of Leakage Location for Multi-branch Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据负压波法定位原理, 以分支管道的交汇点为界将管道分成多个区段, 分别计算压力波速, 用小波和相关原理进行泄漏定位, 提高了定位精度。以放油试验方式对多分支输油管道检漏定位算法进行了验证, 结果表明, 该计算方法的检测灵敏度和定位误差符合实际运行要求。

     

    Abstract: This article describes the calculation method of leakage location for multi-branch oil pipeline. The locating principle of negative pressure wave method is that, the pipeline is divided into several sections taking the point of crossing of branch pipeline as a boundary to compute the velocity of pressure wave, then, locate the leakage. To support the method, oil discharge testing is made. The testing result shows that the detection sensitivity and location error for leaked oil meet the needs of actual operation of oil pipeline.
