胶囊技术应用于稠油常温管输的可行性研究

The Feasibility Study on Capsule Technology to Extra-viscous Oil for Pipeline Transportation at Ambient Temperature

  • 摘要: 克拉玛依油田稠油粘度大, 常温下流动性差, 给管输带来极大的困难。采用胶囊技术进行了稠油常温输送的室内试验, 并进行了室内管道模拟输送及分离试验。试验结果表明, 将胶囊技术应用于稠油的管道常温输送是切实可行的。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the feasibility study on capsule technology to extra-viscous oil (produced from Kelamayi Oilfield) for pipeline transportation at ambient temperature. This extra-viscous oil is difficult to transport at ambient temperature. The indoor transportation experiment, including pipeline simulation and separation, on this kind of oil at ambient temperature is made with the capsule technology developed by the authors. The experimental results show that this transportation technology is feasible.
