Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of Lubrication for Gas Compressor Set

  • 摘要: 针对鄯乌首站4台天然气压缩机组的柴油发动机油耗大、换油周期短和润滑效果差等问题进行了分析,提出对发动机进行润滑。以燃气发动机油替代美孚多威力1100系列润滑油,不仅可使换油周期由原来的800 h延长至1500 h,而且还可减少润滑油消耗,改善发动机的性能,降低生产成本。对于压缩机润滑,选用壳牌NGCF001气缸润滑油替代了美孚多威力1100系列润滑油,可有效降低润滑油费用。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the problems in high fuel consumption, short fuel replacement period and poor lubrication effect in 4 diesel gas compressor sets in ShanWu initial station, the necessary lubrication to the motor is urgent. The author considers that the best solutions to this problem are to use gas-fired engine oil to substitute Mobil 1100 systemic lubricants. This engine oil can elongate the oil replacement period from 800 hours to 1500 hours and decrease the consumption of lubricant, improve the property of motor and lower the operation cost. It comes to the conclusion that for the lubrication of gas compressor, Shell NGCF001 cylinder lubricant can effectively lower the lubrication cost compared to Mobil 1100 systemic lubricants.
