国内外天然气长输管道干燥技术

Domestic and International Desiccating Technique for Long Distance Natural Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外天然气长输管道常用的干燥剂法、流动气体蒸发法和真空干燥法等几种干燥技术,并进行了对比。叙述了这几种方法的国内应用概况,重点阐述了目前国内常用的干空气干燥法的基本原理、典型的工艺流程和干空气制取工艺,分析了影响干空气干燥法的各种因素,提出了干燥合格的标准及注意事项。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces several domestic and international common desiccating techniques on long distance gas pipelines. They are the desiccant method, the flowing gas vaporizing method and the vacuum desiccating method. It compares these methods' merits and shortcomings, and briefly introduces their application at home. Besides, it makes a main introduction to the common using dry air desiccating method, including its basic principles, typical craft processes and how to produce the dry air. This paper analyzes all kinds of factors that may affect this method and briefly explains the dry air's standard and something needed to be focused on.
