Commissioning of Xinggang-Dalian Petrochem Pipeline and Problems to be focused on

  • 摘要: 介绍了新大输油管道及其沿途站场工艺流程、站控系统和自动控制与调节系统, 分析了新大输油管道投产试运的可行性条件。针对新大原油管道投产试运拟定方案存在的问题, 提出改进的投运方案, 并取得一次投运成功, 指出了确保管道平稳投运应注意的相关技术问题。

     

    Abstract: The technical process, station control system and automatic control/regulating system of pumping stations in Xinggang-Dalian Petrochem are described, and the feasibility conditions of commissioning of this pipeline is analyzed. In the light of the problems existed in commissioning program, a new commissioning program is put forward. This paper points out some problems in new pipeline commissioning and methods to solve them.
