复杂地形长输管道外防腐设计

External-Corrosion Prevention Design for Long Distance Pipelines in Complex Terrain

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外长输管道外防腐设计现状, 分析了常用防腐材料的性能特点。针对复杂地形条件下的长输管道外防腐要求提出了设计要点, 即应综合考虑环境条件和施工条件, 通过技术与经济分析来确定管道外防腐层。

     

    Abstract: External-corrosion prevention design is significant during the gas long distance pipeline design, and it also has a direct relation to the service life of pipelines. This article introduces present situation on the external-corrosion prevention design for long distance pipelines at home and abroad. It also analyzes the characteristics of anti-corrosion materials commonly used. Aimed at the external-corrosion prevention design in complex terrain, the authors bring forward the design points, that is, environment and construction condition, proper coating materials on the basis of techno-economic analysis.
