Determination on Flow Rate Regulation of Centrifugal Pump for Long distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对调节阀、变频调速装置、液力偶合器这些流量调节方式进行了技术分析, 指出了各自在长输管道应用中的优缺点, 介绍了变频调速装置的应用及潜在问题的解决方案, 提出了模拟确定可行调节方案时的注意事项和经济评价方法。

     

    Abstract: The technical analysis on the flow rate regulation method though regulating valve, frequency-speed variable device and liquefied coupler is carried out and the characteristics of them are compared in actual application in the article. The authors emphatically describe the application of frequency-speed variable device and problem in application and put forward the issues to be focused on for the feasible program determined in flow rate regulation as well as economic assessment method.
