管道带压引流堵漏器的研制与应用

Development and Application of Pressured Stopple Device for Pipeline Leakage

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道带压引流堵漏器的研制及应用过程, 该堵漏器具有制作简单、承压能力强、重量轻、易操作、价格便宜等优点, 可适用于不同管径的管道封堵抢修作业。在抢修期间, 全线不需要停输, 可避免因管道停输时间过长引发的凝管事故, 大大提高了原油输送的安全系数。

     

    Abstract: The development and application of pressured stopple device for pipeline leakage are introduced. This device is characterized by simple structure, high pressure-bearing capacity, light weight, easy to operate and low cost, which is suitable to the rehabilitation operation of pipeline with different kinds. This device can be used in-line, without shutting down the pipeline.
