河南油田含水稠油粘温关系的研究

Study on the Viscosity-Temperature Relation of Watered Heavy Crude in He'nan Oilfield

  • 摘要: 通过管道模拟试验数据及关系曲线, 运用管道输送水力计算的基本理论和回归法, 拟合了不同工况下稠油管道模拟运行的粘度与温度和含水率的关系。研究结果已应用于河南油田稠油集输管道的设计和生产运行控制, 不仅降低了投资成本, 而且运行效果很好。

     

    Abstract: Though simulating testing data and relation curve of pipeline and utilizing the basic theory of hydraulic calculation and regression for pipeline transportation, the relation of viscosity-temperature and water cut for simulation operating of heavy crude pipeline is fitted. The analysis conclusion is applied to the design and operation control in heavy crude gathering transportation pipeline in He'nan Oilfield, which cuts down the investment with a sound operation.
