非牛顿流体环道测试及流变学特性研究

Studies on the Loop Test and Fluid Rheology Property of Non-Newtonian Fluids

  • 摘要: 介绍了利用自行设计、建造的流体阻力环道测试装置, 采用行业标准中减阻率测定的评价流体——0号柴油在环道的力学性能测试, 确定了其作为胀塑性流体的有关流动参数, 为评价流体的阻力定量计算提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: With the development of the technology of petroleum products transportation, kinds of crude oil and finished oil act as non-Newtonian fluid. At present, the study of dynamics performance belongs to an active branch in the rheology. In this paper, the loop evaluation apparatus which is designed by ourselves for test fluid resistance is introduced. The fluid dynamics in loop of * 0 diesel which as the evaluation fluid in industry standard is tested. The relative fluid index which is taken as a dilatant fluid is confirmed.
