长输原油管道减阻节能试验

Energy Saving Testing on Drag Reducing of Long Distance Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 叙述了减阻剂的减阻机理及影响因素, 结合长庆油田输油一处2004年7月杨洛段管道添加减阻剂工艺试验, 对试验数据进行了分析和计算, 进而对添加减阻剂的效果进行了评价。分析结果表明, 添加减阻剂能够显著提高管道的输送能力, 在一定程度上可以降低管道的运行压力和输油设备的负荷。

     

    Abstract: The drag reducing mechanics and influence factor of drag reduction agency (DRA) are described in this article. Combined the DRA testing in YangLuo Pipeline in June, 2004, the analysis and calculation on testing data are made, then the drag reducing effect is evaluated. The analysis results show that DRA can remarkably increase the transportation capacity of pipeline and decrease the operating pressure of pipeline and the load of transportation equipment in some extent.
