Abstract: This paper introduces the spraying technology for 2-layer epoxy powder coating of steel hot-bending bend and the quality requirements, indexes and controlling method for product bends manufactured in coating yards. It is pointed out that the sound quality control measures can effectively ensure the stability of epoxy powder coating for hot-bending bend, increase the productivity and coating quality.
