庆铁复线南三站加热系统分析

Heating System Analysis on 3 Pump Stations of Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对庆铁管道南三站加热系统在相同负荷下存在复线热媒出炉温度高于老线的异常现象, 对该工艺系统进行了分析。结果表明, 庆铁复线在垂杨站向吉化分输时形成流体分流, 但在流速不同情况下, 介质分流具有选择性。在此基础上对庆铁复线南三站加热炉热媒出炉温度高的原因进行了分析, 并提出了改造建议。

     

    Abstract: With 7 pump stations and 720 mm in diameter, the design transportation capacity of Daqing-Tieling Parallel Oil Pipeline is 45×104 t/a. In the 7 pump stations, Chuiyang Pump Station, Lishu Pump Station and Changtu Pump Station are abbreviated to the South 3 Stations, in which 4 indirect heaters with 4650 kW are installed in every station. The operation state of heating system of the South 3 Stations shows that the outlet temperature of heat medium is higher than that of Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline, the original oil pipeline at same load. The analysis results displays that the lower throughput of the South 3 Stations (15×104 t/a) results from the increment of heating load and outlet temperature of heat medium. The technical improvement on heating system is made according to the analysis results.
