格拉输油管道水击分析与保护措施

Surge Protection Measures of Golmud-Lhasa Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 输油管道运行中发生水击现象易造成管道局部超压、液柱分离和泵汽蚀。针对这一问题在格拉输油管道上采取了水击多重保护措施, 即各站泵出口汇管处设置调节阀调节、机械式泄压阀保护及其紧急停泵措施。并对非正常停泵、意外关阀等事故工况进行了分析, 阐述了该管道的水击保护过程。提出了增加水击超前保护系统, 提高该管道的检测能力、具备可靠的控制和通讯手段, 编制开发工况分析与水击保护的控制软件和专家诊断系统, 防止和减少因设备误操作及设备故障引起的水击等项建议。

     

    Abstract: To protect the Golmud-Lhasa Products pipeline from surge, the author considers the multi-protection measures as an important and effective method to adopt in products pipeline in this article. The multi-protection measures the paper described include installing the regulating valve, mechanical release valve in the outlet header of all pump stations, also the emergency pump shut-down procedure.
