成品油管道工程环境影响的价值分类

Classification of Valued Environmental Impact Caused by Pipeline Engineering Transporting Refined Oil and its Significance on Protecting Environment

  • 摘要: 以价值衡量为标准, 将成品油管道工程的环境影响分为三类, 即可以准确计量其带来的价值损失的环境影响、不易准确计量其引起的价值损失的环境影响和目前难以计量其造成的巨大价值损失的环境影响。这种对环境影响的价值分类, 便于分类比较环保投资与效益, 有利于促进施工单位更加主动、更加科学地采取污染防治措施。

     

    Abstract: Based on the case analysis, the paper points out that from the view of whether it can be counted, environmental impact caused by pipeline engineering transporting refined oil can be classified into three types: the first is "can be counted accurately", the second is "difficult to count accurately" and the third is "its cost is too huge to be counted". This kind of classification on valued environmental impact is favorable to compare cost with benefit, to promote constructor of pipeline to make measures to protect environment initiatively and scientifically.
