加剂原油输送过程中的剪切作用模拟方法

Studies on the Simulation of Shear Effect in Pipelining PPD-beneficiated Crude: A General Review

  • 摘要: 加剂原油流动性与经历的热历史和剪切历史有关, 在测量流动性参数之前必须对其经历的热历史和剪切历史进行与实际管流尽可能一致的模拟。介绍了加剂原油管道输送过程中管流剪切作用和过泵剪切作用模拟量的确定及其模拟方法的研究状况, 指出在室内模拟试验研究的基础上, 建立剪切作用和热力条件对加剂原油流动性影响的数学模型是今后研究的一个重要方向。

     

    Abstract: Considered the flowability of PPD-beneficiated crude is related to endured thermal and shear history, it should be provided with the same thermal and shear history as in pipelining before its flowability is measured. Studies on the determination of simulation parameters of pipe-flow and pump-flow and on simulation methods are summarized and analyzed. It is pointed that developing mathematical models of shear and thermal effect on the flowablility of PPD-beneficiated crude based on the simulation experiments will be an important research aspect.
