Scale Removing with Sand Spraying Method in Compeller Maintenance

  • 摘要: 探讨了油田输油离心泵维修中常用的几种除垢方法, 分析认为采用喷砂除垢工艺最为理想, 并设计了环保型离心泵叶轮和导叶除垢工作台, 应用效果表明, 此方法对提高离心泵维修速度及质量行之有效。

     

    Abstract: Scale deposition in compeller of centrifugal pump is a common phenomenon, many methods are used to remove it in oil transportation enterprises. This paper, by comparison and analysis, considers the sand spraying method as a ideal way. Around this method, the authors introduce the application of the method and take it as a cost-effective method.
