冷热油交替顺序输送中热力问题分析

The Deep Discussion of Heat Transfer Problem in Process of Batch Transportation of Cool and Hot Oil

  • 摘要: 针对冷热油交替顺序输送过程中的热力问题进行了分析, 指出了文献〔1〕引用的边界条件存在的问题和与实际情况存在的差异。在对边界条件和相关公式进行修正后, 得出了与文献〔1〕不同的计算结果, 并在东营-滨州管道投产各项测试数据分析的基础上, 给予进一步论证。今后若采用俄油与大庆油冷热交替输送, 仍以文献〔1〕中表明的7天为一个循环, 则每个循环中俄油不加热输送时间必须缩短, 即对冷油提前加热, 以恢复温度场, 确保高凝点的大庆原油以33℃安全温度进站。

     

    Abstract: The relative analysis on the heat transfer problem in process of batch transportation of cool and hot oil is carried out. The authors consider that the problem existed in the boundary conditions cited in the paper of The Research of Heat Transfer Problem in Process of Batch Transportation of Cool and Hot Oil (published in Nov. 25, 2004 OIL & GAS STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION) has a difference with the actual condition. Therefore, the authors correct the boundary conditions and relative equations, and give cal-culation results different from the paper and deeply demonstrate the problem on the basis of analyzing the test data of Dongying-Binzhou Oil Pipeline, which is similar to the boundary conditions cited in the paper. It is considered that if the batch transportation of cool and hot oil for Russian Crude Oil and Daqing Crude Oil is made on a basis of 7-day transportation circle showed in the paper, the heating-free transportation time of the blending oil has to be decreased in every transportation circle, that is, preheating the cool oil must be done to recover the temperature field to ensure an safe entrance temperature for Daqing Crude Oil at 33℃.
