肯基亚克-扎纳若尔集输管道冬季施工措施

Technological Measures of Pipeline Winter Construction for Kenkiyak-Zananor Oil Gathering Pipeline of Kazakhstan

  • 摘要: 针对肯基亚克-扎纳若尔集输管道在冬季施工中可能遇到的各类问题, 制定了在寒冷地区组织长输管道施工的应急预案, 指出冬季管道在焊接施工时应注意提高焊前预热温度、保证焊道层间和焊后温度, 在管道防腐施工中应缩短包覆收缩带前的准备时间, 保证底胶烘烤至充分熔化, 以提高粘接效果, 对收缩带进行仔细碾压消除气泡。提出了冬季管道施工涉及的管材运输和吊装、设备、HSE和OSH等管理措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the technological measures for pipeline winter construction of Kenkiyak-Zananor Oil Pipeline of Kazakhstan, revolved in pipe welding, pipe towing and installation, pipe coating, equipment maintenance and HSE/OSH management.
