PMAE系列原油降凝剂的合成及性能评价
Study on the Synthesis and Properties of the PMAE Series Crude Oil Pour Point Depressants

摘要: 以丙烯酸十八碳醇酯、马来酸酐和混合高级脂肪多元醇为主要原料, 通过自由基聚合和酯化反应, 合成了一系列原油降凝剂并对其降凝效果进行了评价。结果显示, 当丙烯酸十八碳醇酯、马来酸酐、混合高级脂肪多元醇三种物质的量配比为2:1:1, 聚合温度为90℃时, 合成的降凝剂PMAE-2降凝效果最好。南阳原油中添加0.5‰的PMAE-2合成降凝剂后凝点下降了22℃, 对胜利原油和延安原油也同样有良好的降凝效果。Abstract: With alkylacrytate, maleic anhydride and composite aliphatic, a series of oil pour point depressant is prepared by initiating polymerization and esterification reaction and an evaluation on its effect is made. The research shows that the effect of the pour point depression is the best when the quality of alkylacrytate: maleic anhydride : composite aliphatic is 2:1:1 and the temperature of polymerization is 90℃. The product can decrease the pour point of crude oil in Nanyang Oilfield by 22℃. Besides, as to Shengli crude oil and Yan'an crude oil, it also works well.
