大庆原油停输后结蜡层强度的变化规律

Study on Strengths of Wax Deposition Layer Formed after Shut-down of Daqing Crude

  • 摘要: 利用室内结蜡模拟环道进行了大庆原油在不同停输条件下的停输再启动试验, 并据此考察了不同停输条件下形成的结蜡层强度, 试验结果表明, 不同停输温度下形成的结蜡层强度差别较大, 大庆原油停输后形成的结蜡层强度随停输时间的延长而增强。

     

    Abstract: The shut-down and restart-up tests at different conditions aimed at Daqing crude are done on the wax deposition simulation loop in the laboratory. In the tests, the strengths of wax deposition layer formed at different shut-down conditions are investigated. The test results show that the strengths of wax deposition layer formed at different shut-down temperatures have obvious differences and the strengths of wax deposition layer formed after shut-down increase with the shut-down time.
