Calculation on Shut down and Restart-up Pressure of Buried Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对中洛输油管道运行过程中不可避免地会遇到停输再启动的问题, 在管流分析与启动压力计算的基础上, 提出了若干理论与计算方法, 建立了管道再启动水力模型, 同时对中洛输油管道不同月份停输再启动压力计算结果进行了分析, 为中洛输油管道的安全运行提供了一种安全评价手段, 对管道优化运行, 提高管道运营效益具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the problem of shut down and restart-up during the operation of Zhongmu-Luoyang Oil Pipeline, this paper presents some theories and calculation methods to try to solve it, establishes hydraulic model of pipeline restart-up on the basis of pipe flow analysis and restart-up pressure. Meanwhile, an analysis on the calculation results of shut down restart-up pressure in different months is carried out, which provides a safe assessment way for the pipeline operation and is of instructive significance to optimize the pipeline operation and obtain the operation profits.
