管道钢焊接工艺评定数据库系统的开发

Development of Database System for Pipeline Steel Welding Procedure Qualification

  • 摘要: 基于可视化开发工具VisualBasic6.0中文企业版, 开发出了管道钢焊接工艺评定数据库系统。该系统含有相关管道钢焊接标准和焊工信息管理等内容, 可以对管道钢焊接工艺评定中涉及的内容进行科学的存储、更新、增减、打印输出等操作, 并能依据用户的不同需求, 根据焊接要求方进行单条件或组合条件的查询, 计算出每道焊缝的生产成本。

     

    Abstract: A database for pipeline steel welding procedure qualification is developed based on Visual Basic 6. 0 Chinese Enterprise Edition. With this system, users not only append, update, delete and print the recodes of pipeline steel welding procedure qualification, but also query relative information according to welding method, material and thickness. It also provides a lot of the datum of ordinary welding material, the relative standard of pipeline steel and the administrative information of welders. When technicians design a new pipeline steel procedure, they can seek help for this database system.
