甬沪宁进口原油管道工程的环境风险评估

The Environment Risk Evaluation of Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline Engineering

  • 摘要: 为确保甬沪宁进口原油管道对沿线地区的环境影响最小化, 必须识别其工程风险和环境风险, 制定适宜的环境风险管理措施。通过综合管道运行风险因素和管道沿线环境敏感因素, 建立了管道运行风险度和管路环境风险度的评价模型, 采用多层次模糊数学法对管道运行风险和环境风险进行了评估, 并结合当地的环境敏感因素和建设项目中的工程工艺因素, 对管道环境风险评价结果进行了分析。评估结果在一定程度上反映了该管道的环境风险水平。

     

    Abstract: To make minimum impact to the environment for Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline Engineering, the engineering risk and environment risk have to be identified with the feasible control measures constituted for the environment risk. By synthesizing pipeline run risk factor and environment sensitivity factor along the pipeline, the article establishes the evaluation model about the risk degree of pipeline run and linear environment. The risk evaluation for Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline adopts multi-levels fuzzy mathematics to assess the data of environment sensitivity and pipeline environment risk. The authors consider that the evaluation results reflect the level of environment risk about the pipeline to a certain extent.
