油罐单盘凹凸变形的成因及整治措施

Single-deck Deformation Origin of Oil Tank and Repair Method

  • 摘要: 论述了油罐单盘变形的基本原理和应力应变检测效果, 从浮顶结构、单盘安装的初始坡度、单盘焊接和单盘凹凸变形应力应变现场测试方面进行了分析论证。提出了单盘凹凸变形整治措施, 整治后的单盘变形最大值小于15mm, 变形消除率超过95%。

     

    Abstract: For the floating roof tank, single-deck is an important steel member and its deformation will hazard the safety of oil tank. The paper analyzes and demonstrates the deformation elimination method of tank deck, the stress and strain test of deck. The test content includes structure of floating roof, initial slope of deck installation, deck welding and stress and strain test of deck. Based on the analysis and demonstration results, the deck deformation repair method is put forward and implemented in an actual repair case. The repair result is satisfactory that the maximum deformation value of deck is less than 15mm, the deformation elimination rate of deck is more than 95%.
