Issues on the Ultrasonic Inspection of Pipe Welded Seam and Solution

  • 摘要: 从理论上对超声波近场区长度影响管道对接环焊缝检测灵敏度和准确性进行了分析, 研究了超声波检测技术在实际应用中存在的问题, 给出了提高超声波检测准确性的一般对策。

     

    Abstract: A theoretical analysis is made on the influence of probe's near-zone length to the sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic inspection for the pipe welded seam, the issues in actual application of ultrasonic inspection technology is studied and the general countermeasures to increase the accuracy of ultrasonic inspection technology are given in the article.
