The Influence of Pipeline Diameter Variation on the Mixing Volume

  • 摘要: 综述了国内外成品油管道顺序输送变管径时的混油量研究状况, 分析了变管径对混油量的影响。通过对扩散理论公式和Austin-Palfrey经验公式的研究, 提出了由于油品的输入或输出产生的变管径对混油量影响的新模型。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarizes the development of the study on the mixing volume when variations of the line diameter exist. And the influence of changing pipelines'diameter is analyzed. Then, according to the analysis on the formula of theory about diffusion and empirical formula of Austin-Palfrey, a new model for estimating mixing volumes arising in batch transportation in multi-product pipelines is presented. This new mathematical model involves in computing the variations of the line diameter as well as injection and/or withdrawal of products.
