Abstract:
The different operation modes and switching over process between them of LuNing Oil Pipeline are introduced. The calculation and comparison are carried out on that: (1) the oil throughput, input power and power consumption of electric motor of operating pumping station at different operation modes; (2) the power consumption of electric motor at different operation modes and (3) the power consumption of electric motor at the combination of different operation modes. Based on the calculation and comparison results, the optimization combination operation program of the pipeline to decrease transportation cost is determined.
