Pipe Laying Technology for Hangzhou Bay Offshore Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了甬沪宁进口原油管道杭州湾海底管道穿越工程, 针对杭州湾特殊的自然环境, 确定采用自掩埋法, 并在管道顶部安装阻流器, 增加管道的稳定性。通过比选确定, 在北岸段较陡峭的海坡处, 采用水平定向钻施工方法, 入土点及出土点均在海水中。在南岸拖管施工中, 创造了大口径海底管道拖管3400m的纪录。

     

    Abstract: The Hangzhou Bay Offshore Pipeline System of Ningbo-Shanghai-Nanjing Oil Pipeline include three offshore pipelines crossing Hangzhou Bay and each pipeline section is about 53. 5 km. This is the first time in China to construct large diameter submarine oil pipeline. However, the Hangzhou Bay has rough environment conditions and very difficult to operate offshore pipe laying. This paper is a detail introduction regarding technical method and construction process of Hangzhou Bay offshore Pipeline Crossing Project.
