斜张管桥钢索设计选型中应注意的问题

摘要: 介绍了斜张桥钢索的设计构思, 分析了钢索的材料选型和防腐性能、钢索的疲劳和非线性以及张拉与锚固等方面存在的问题, 指出在斜张桥钢索的设计中宜采用辐射型或扇型的索型, 并推广采用预应力钢筋作为斜张管桥钢索。可采用对钢索反复张拉的方法消除或减少材料非线性的影响, 并从索的选型和施工两个方面解决钢索的几何非线性问题; 可通过将恒载所产生的最大弯矩减到预定值和减小管道或主梁的位移来确定索施加的张拉力。Abstract: This paper introduces the design conception of steel cable of cable-stayed pipeline bridge, analyzes the material selection of steel cable, anti-corrosion performance, the fatigue of steel cable and non-linear/tension and anchoring. It is pointed out that the radiation or fan steel cable should be adopted and prestress bar is recommended as the steel cable of cable-stayed pipeline bridge in the design of this kind of pipeline bridge.
