长吉输油管道松花江穿越卵石层设计方案

Design Program of Changchun-Jilin Oil Pipeline in Crossing Stone Formation of Songhuajiang River

  • 摘要: 分析了长吉输油管道松花江段工程水文地质情况, 通过对定向钻穿越与隧道穿越方案进行比较, 确定松花江穿越工程采用顶套管隔离卵石层的方法进行定向钻穿越。从穿越层位的选择、出入土点的选择、设计参数的确定、穿越技术措施以及卵石层穿越设计等方面介绍了穿越施工的设计及施工要求, 为管道穿越卵石层的设计提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: The hydrological and geological data of Songhuajiang River in Jilin Province are analyzed and the analytical results will be adopted in Changchun-Jilin Oil Pipeline Crossing project. Two programs, the horizontal directional drilling crossing and tunnel crossing, are compared. The candidate is determined as the horizontal directional drilling crossing with casting-pushing to separate stone formation. This article introduced the design and installation requirements in selection of crossing formation and crossing in-out-point, the determination of design parameters, crossing technical measures and stone formation crossing.
