大庆油田高含水原油流变性的研究

Study on the Rheology of High Water-content Crude Oil in Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 大庆油田在连续开采40多年后, 已经进入高含水后期, 含水量在80%以上, 由于高含水原油的流变特性发生了变化, 应用原有流变特性已经不能满足工程需要, 通过对高含水原油的流变特性和原油流变特性与含水率和温度的关系进行研究, 给出了高含水原油流变参数的回归计算公式, 并对曲线进行了分析。研究结果表明, 高含水原油输送的连续相应该尽量采用连续相为水的水包油型的原油输送, 对高含水原油管道输送、设计和改造有着重要意义。

     

    Abstract: After 40 years continuous withdrawal, the crude oil in Daqing Oilfield enters into a post high water-content phase, the water content is more than 80%, which results in the variation in its rheology. The study on relationship of rheology between the high water-content crude and ordinary crude vs water content and temperature is carried out. The regression parameters of the high water-content crude are given and the analysis on the relationship between rheology of high water-content crude and temperature is made. The results show that the transportation of high water-content crude should be conducted as an oil-in-water way, which is of great importance in transportation, design and technical modification of pipelining the high water-content crude.
