应用修正的B31G公式预测腐蚀管道失效应力

The Failure Pressure Prediction with the Modified ASME B31G

  • 摘要: ASMEB31G规范把腐蚀剖面曲线简化成矩形或抛物线, 而实际的腐蚀剖面曲线十分复杂, 在对腐蚀曲线进行分析的基础上, 把腐蚀曲线简化成4次样条函数, 进而计算缺陷剖面投影面积, 并用此面积修正了B31G公式。通过实际算例表明, 该方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: ASME B31G criterion is widely used assessment procedure, it simulates the profile of the corrosion defect with parabola, which leads to some conservatism. In fact the profile of the corrosion defect is very irregular. This paper uses the quartic spline function to describe and calculates the area of the corrosion defect, and uses this area to revise the B31G formula. The real examples show reasonable agreement withthe experiments.
