Interface Tracking and Cut of Contaminated Product for Batch Transportation of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 介绍了甬沪宁进口原油管道的流程和所输油品的特点, 原油在管道顺序输送时产生混油段的机理、以及降低混油量的方法和几种混油界面的跟踪方法, 给出了甬沪宁进口原油管道在顺序输送不同原油时跟踪混油界面的技术和适用于该管道在顺序输送过程中计算混油长度的经验公式, 指出了适合该管道所输油品特点的混油段切割指导原则。

     

    Abstract: The important information and data of YongHuNing Crude Oil Pipeline are introduced, including the property of crude oil and process flow, the mechanism of contaminated product formed, the techniques of decreasing the contaminated product and some methods to track the interface of contaminated product. This paper provides some methods to track the interface of contaminated product during the batch transporting different imported crude oils and the empirical equations suitable to this pipeline to calculate the length of contaminated product. The paper also gives the guideline to cut the interface of contaminated product in line with the property of imported crude oils.
