鄯乌线出站温度调节强化天然气输送的可行性

The Feasibility Analysis of Out-Station Temperature Regulation to Strengthen Natural Gas Transportation Capability on Shanshan-Urumqi Pipeline

  • 摘要: 鉴于国内冷却输送天然气技术处于初步探索阶段的现状, 以鄯乌线为例, 根据输气管道的水力、热力计算公式, 定量分析了气体出站温度调节对于强化天然气管道输送的可行性。分析结果表明, 当气体出站温度高于70℃或者低于56℃时, 出站温度调节对输量影响很小, 温度过高或过低都不利于强化天然气的输送; 当气体出站温度介于70℃和56℃之间时, 随着温度降低, 输量缓慢增加; 当气体出站温度为65℃和56℃时, 管道输送能力增加6.5%。根据计算结果, 针对管道的运行管理和进一步深入研究该问题应考虑的因素提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The technology of domestic cooling-transportation natural gas is still on preliminary exploration stage. The thesis illustrates with Shanshan-Urumqi pipeline, based on natural gas transportation pipeline hydraulics and thermodynamics calculation formulas, quantitatively analyzes the feasibility of out-station temperature regulation to strengthen natural gas transportation capability, comes to the following conclusions that: (l)when out-station temperature is above 70℃ or below 56℃, the out-station temperature regulation function has little effect on the flux, when the temperature is excessively high or low, it does not make for strengthening natural gas transportation; (2)when the out-station temperature is between 70℃ and 56℃, the flux increases slowly with the temperature decreases; (3) when the out-station temperature is 65℃ and 56℃, the pipeline transportation capability increases 6. 5%. Finally, according to the calculation result, in allusion to the pipeline operation and administration, several suggestion are put forward, in addition to some factors that should be considered in in-depth investigation of the problem.
