秦京输油管道仿真培训系统

The Development of Simulation Training System for Qinhuangdao to Beijing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对秦京(秦皇岛—北京)输油管道的实际运行状况, 应用国外先进的仿真软件Stoner Pipeline Simulator(SPS)建立了该管道的离线电子管道系统, 并借助VisualBasic(VB)程序开发语言, 开发了与现场一致的SCADA系统操作界面, 应用SPS软件与VB评议语言接口, 建立了前台操作界面与后台电子管道之间的实时联接, 使操作人员能通过系统界面上直观的设备命令来驱动后台的离线电子管道系统。该仿真系统用于员工培训和管道运行工况分析, 可为输油管道的实际运行提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to actual operation of Qinhuangdao to Beijing Oil Pipeline, the off-line E-pipeline system this pipeline is established based on the Stoner Pipeline Simulation (SPS), and develops operation interface of SCADA system conformed to the pipeline site with Visual Basic program, also establishes a real-time linking between the operation interface and off-line E-pipeline with SPS software and VB appraisal language interface, which make the operators start up the off-line E-pipeline by means of equipment order on the system interface. It is considered that this simulation system can be used in staffs training and operation conditions analysis of pipeline.
