Abstract: This paper describes the phenomenon analysis on cracks of girth welding of Nanjing-Shanghai-Ningbo Crude Oil Pipeline during its construction. Based on the radiography inspection result, the analysis on the cracks location and cracking feature is carried out. The relative Solutions to cracks are given by studying the downhill welding process and cracking stress analysis.
