热油管道启输投产热力计算

Thermal Calculation during Starting Transportation of Hot Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对国内外热油管道启输投产技术现状进行了总结, 在此基础上推导出描述热油管道启输投产预热过程的热力计算数学模型, 并编制了计算软件, 给出了计算实例并对算例进行了分析。实践证明, 根据蓄热量相等原理来确定热油管道投油时间既科学又准确, 可为热油管道安全、经济启输投产提供保障。

     

    Abstract: The technology of starting transportation of hot crude oil pipeline is investigated based on the mathematic model for thermal calculation established and the calculation software programmed. The calculation and analysis on actual case are carried out. The results show that it is more scientific and accurate to determine the time of starting transportation of crude oil according to the thermal equilibrium principle, which establishes a base for starting transportation of hot oil pipeline in safe and economic way.
