Preliminary Discussion of Rich Gas Transmission

  • 摘要: 分析了富气和凝析液的相态特点, 介绍了富气输送的主要工艺, 对影响管道富气输送的多种因素进行了分析, 给出了国外管道输送富气的实例。指出我国的密相输送工作应借鉴国外技术并结合国内实际情况进行, 在管道设计、输送工艺和管道运行动态检测等环节上深入研究, 为充分利用天然气, 提高管道输送效率奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: Rich gas transmission is defined that the component of natural gas such as methane, ethane, butane and pentane (heavy-hydrocarbon, the major component of NGL) are kept in natural gas and transmitted after dehydrating and desulfurizing by single-phase of gaseity. This article analyzes the technology of rich gas transmission, phase characteristics, its advantages and disadvantages. The authors consider that the foreign technology in the transmission of dense phase of natural gas should be taken as an important reference to develop this technique in China, and carry out a deep study on the pipeline design, transmission technology and dynamic monitor for pipeline operation for rich gas transmission of natural gas in order to increase the gas transmission productivity.
