加热炉热平衡测试及分析

Heat Equilibrium Measurement and Analysis of Heater

  • 摘要: 针对洪湖至荆门石化原油输送管道中应用的GW3000-Y/64-Y型加热炉在实际运行中热效率值低于设计值问题, 对熊口站1号加热炉进行了正反热平衡测算, 结果表明, 排烟热损失和过剩空气系数超标是导致加热炉热效率下降的主要原因, 并提出了改进措施和建议。

     

    Abstract: The heat efficiency of GW3000-Y/64-Y heaters, designed by China Oil and Gas Pipeline Bureau and used in Honghu-Jinmen Oil Pipeline, is 87%. In the light of lower heat efficiency of this heater, the heat equilibrium measurement is made on selected # 1 Heater in Xiongkou Pumping Station. The cause of the lower heat efficiency of heater is analyzed based on the measurement data and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
