In-line Calibration of Flowmeter

  • 摘要: 介绍了双向标准体积管在线实液检定流量计的工艺特点、工作原理和操作程序, 通过分析影响流量计在线检定结果的主要因素, 指出控制好检定环境, 选择合适的测温、测压仪表, 准确读取温度、压力等参数, 才能获得可靠的检定结果。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics, operating principle and operation procedure of double-directional standard prover used to in-line calibrate flowmeter are introduced. This paper analyzes the major factors influencing the inline calibration results of flowmeter. It is pointed out that the reliable calibrating results can be obtained by the effective control of calibration environment, suitable selection of temperature and pressure measuring instruments and accurate reading of temperature and pressure parameters.
