临濮输油管道添加减阻剂运行现场试验

Site Experiment on the Oil Pipeline Running with DRA for LinPu Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了在临濮管道添加减阻剂运行现场试验的情况, 考察了增输后添加减阻剂运行的可行性, 找出减阻剂的注入量与输量(雷诺数)、减阻率与增输率的关系。试验结果表明, 管道添加不同浓度的减阻剂后, 管道运行压力大幅降低, 管道运营的安全性得到了提高, 为临濮输油管道添加减阻剂的应用提供了技术依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the site experiment on the oil pipeline running with DRA for LinPu Oil Pipeline to verify the feasibility of oil pipeline running with DRA after oil throughput increasing and to determine the relationship between the injection volume of DRA and oil throughput (Reynolds Number). The experiment results show that the operation pressure lowers greatly after different concentration DRA injects, which increases the safety factor of pipeline operation and provides the technological base on the DRA's application for LinPu Oil Pipeline.
